Good to know before you begin
Numbers are drawn over the existing page near the bottom edge. Check the result for overlap with existing content. Rotated pages should be corrected before numbering.
How to add page numbers
- Choose a PDF and a starting number.
- Choose alignment and the pages to number.
- Save the numbered copy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I skip the cover page?
Yes. Set the page range to 2- followed by the final page number. Numbering starts with your chosen starting number on the first included page.
Will it replace numbers already on the page?
No. It adds new visible numbers. Existing numbers are not removed.
