Your selected files
PDFReadyGo reads selected documents and images in your browser memory and generates downloads on your device. The tools do not send the content, filename or extracted text of those files to our servers or to any third party, and we do not keep a server-side copy of your documents. The advertising and analytics services described below do not receive your documents.
Start over clears selected files and output links from the current tool. Leaving or reloading the page clears its working state. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them.
Website hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Requests for web pages and software assets necessarily disclose technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process access logs and security information under the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not control how long those infrastructure logs are kept.
Advertising: Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. Ads may be personalized based on that information.
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. To learn more, read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure how quickly pages load. A small script from Cloudflare reports page views, page load time and performance timing. Cloudflare shows us summary reports by country, page path, referring site, device type, browser and operating system. According to Cloudflare, it does not use cookies or local storage for these metrics, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not log query strings.
Cookies and storage
Our own tool code does not set cookies, store your documents in local storage or keep a document history. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies as described above. Fonts and tool libraries are served from this website.
Support communications
If you choose to contact us at support@pdfreadygo.com, information you send is handled separately from file processing. Send only what is necessary. Do not send private documents, passwords, identity numbers or payment details to report a problem. You can usually describe the tool, device, file size and error without attaching the file.
Changes to this notice
If we add or change advertising, analytics or other services that receive visitor information, we will update this page and its date.
Your choices and requests
You control whether to select a file, download a result or send support information. You can manage advertising choices with the opt-out links above, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies. For help with privacy requests, see the Contact page. Because we do not receive document contents from the tools, we cannot retrieve or delete a server copy of those documents.
Children and personal information
The tools are general-purpose and are not designed to collect personal information from children. Do not include children’s private information in support communications.
